This is the largest, most luxurious, and most comfortable apartment in the complex. It can accommodate 6-7-8 people. It's ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It has its own separate entrance from the main staircase. It features a large living-dining room with a sofa bed, a 49” smart TV, and a table for eight. From the living room, you have access to the terrace, which includes a large outdoor table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco, reading, or simply breathing in the fresh air and tranquility of Menorca. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses, stemware, and other essential kitchen utensils. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. There is also a utility room with a pantry and washing machine. Two full bathrooms are provided. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with two single beds (90 cm wide). All three bedrooms have wardrobes. In the communal areas, you'll find a swimming pool and shower on a panoramic terrace furnished with sun loungers, ideal for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.
