Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this period, 100% of the room price will be charged as a cancellation fee.  Payment for extras, including the tourist tax, will be made at the establishment by credit card.

Non-Refundable Rate:

For non-refundable bookings, cancellations or changes are not permitted. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Payment for extras, including the tourist tax, will be made at the establishment by credit card.

Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

Parties, gatherings or any kind of events are not permitted in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional persons found in the accommodation.

This reservation is non-transferable.

In case of no-show, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged the amount of one night’s accommodation (including applicable government taxes) or in accordance with the revised booking conditions of the offer.

Payment for extras, including the tourist tax, will be made at the establishment by credit card.

The property reserves the right to evict guests due to their conduct or behaviour, or for any other safety, security or medical reason. This applies in particular if guests fail to follow staff instructions, behave in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other guests.

Guests must not compromise the health, safety or security of the property at any time.

Guests must present an original identity document upon arrival at the property.

Special terms and conditions of the relevant offer shall apply to applicable reservations and, in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers shall prevail.

In the event of any discrepancy in the invoice received after the provision of services, the terms stated on the invoice shall prevail.

The guest must maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the property. The guest must also follow the safety and hygiene recommendations provided by the property and avoid any breach. The guest shall be solely responsible for any violation detected.

All property goods and valuables must be kept in good condition and must not be damaged or destroyed. The property reserves the right to apply additional charges in the future if it is proven that the guest has caused damage or destruction to property (movable or immovable assets).

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerances to fabrics, materials, cleaning products, food, or others, it is your responsibility to inform the property management prior to arrival.

You may store your valuables in a safe in your room or request that the property stores them. The property reserves the right to charge a fee for storing such items. If the items you wish to store are of high value, you must notify the property before storage. The property may refuse to store such items.

Management and staff strive to provide a safe environment. We do everything possible to ensure safety and ask guests to do the same. The property is not responsible for loss, theft or misplacement of personal belongings during the stay due to acts or omissions of the guests themselves.

Lost items found on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure place. Subsequently, items may be disposed of or donated to charitable organisations. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items.

Perishable goods collected from rooms after check-out will be kept only until the property closes on the same day.

Claimed items may be collected at the property upon presentation of valid identification, or alternatively, the property may arrange shipping on behalf of the guest, at the guest’s expense.

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of changes, the revised terms and conditions will be published immediately on this website. Please consult the latest information published here to stay informed of any modifications.

We make every effort to ensure reservations are carried out satisfactorily; however, the property is not responsible for any loss, whether financial or otherwise, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, force majeure events, actions of government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents, machinery or equipment failure, maintenance requirements or strikes.

  • Swimming pool open from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Cleaning service: included if your stay exceeds 14 nights. Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, staff will perform a basic cleaning of the apartment, make the beds, and clean the bathroom and floors. Additional cleaning service is available for €15.00 per service.
  • Bed linen: included with a change every 7 nights. Additional sheet changes are €10.00 per bed.
  • Bath towels: included with a change every 7 nights. Additional towel changes are €4.00 per towel set per person.
  • Laundry service: we collect your laundry from your apartment, wash it, hang it to dry, fold it, and iron it before returning it to you. €12.00 per bag.
  • Es Cucó Apartments does not have private parking. However, there are free public parking options; the nearest one is 100 meters away at the end of the street.

Data Protection Regulation (European GDPR)

As of 25 May 2018, the new European Data Protection Regulation has entered into force:

  1. Regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, you are informed that your data will be processed by EGUREN INVERSIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.L.U (hereinafter ES CUCÓ APARTMENTS), as the data controller.
  2. The purpose of the processing is to manage the reservation for the requested stay. This processing is legitimised by the execution of a tourist rental contract.
  3. The collected data must be transferred to Public Administrations and State Security Forces, always in a justified manner and limited to the defined purpose, within the provision of products or services agreed.
  4. The collected data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest, as well as when required to comply with current legislation.
  5. If the requested data is not provided, ES CUCÓ APARTMENTS will not be able to manage your reservation.
